Once the member receives the e-mail, he/she may choose to respond to the e-mail (in which case they will most likely voluntarily provide the respondent with their e-mail address and possibly other details such as their name, telephone number etc.) The website does not monitor or record emails between individuals.
Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd collects information regarding the member, so they can enquire from the member regarding any information published by the member onsite, to keep members informed of any changes to the website, to facilitate any communications or to receive our (optional) newsletter that will contain important website information or news. Members provide their personal information when they subscribe to the website, make queries, subscribe to newsletters, enter competitions or provide new listings to the site.

Property listings feature several photographs, property descriptions, location descriptions and selling features, a plot on Google Maps, pricing and availability times. Owners/agents may be contacted via their telephone numbers, facsimile numbers should they wish to display their numbers on the site, and will be contactable through an “email member” button on the site which will enable one to be emailed, without having to display their email address. To list on the search engine optimised site, members pay only an annual listing fee per property listed in the category of their choice. The website displays properties in Australia and New Zealand and is seeking to expand internationally.
